h e a d l a n d   planners (pty) ltd is a 33% female and PDI owned, multi-skilled consultancy providing a comprehensive range of services in the town planning discipline in South Africa.

h e a d l a n d was established in 2005 and has steadily built a strong client support base, centred around the company’s reputation for pragmatic approaches to development issues and design, as well as its client service abilities.

The h e a d l a n d  business approach is to use skilled subconsultants on projects that demand additional resources. Thus, each project that we undertake is staffed according to the specific needs of that project. Where the skills exist, preference is given to PDI and women owned companies for subconsulting work.

We also prefer forming partnerships with competent firms for planning work outside of the Western Cape and South Africa, so that our clients are always assured of our personal service for project design and management, while we are confident of our partner’s knowledge of local planning systems and procedures, to gain the best possible approval for our clients.
