Headland is proud to have been involved in a recent project to supply 150 farm workers in Simondium with new homes, and title deeds, in their own village on Nieuwe Sion farm.
Teaming up with Lize Malan – prominent heritage consultant and professional planner – an application for subdivision and rezoning of a portion of Nieuwe Sion farm was submitted to establish the architect designed village where 22 families now have secure tenure over their own property.
